Buyer can return or exchange the item unless it is customized order and then we can discuss how to handle it.
Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition
Buyer must submit proof of damaged good to have a refund issued or exchange for new product or store credit if the product was damaged during shipping
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. once they are at the post office and out of our hands, then it is out of our control. If the package is lost or delayed, please call your local post office and give them the tracking which is provided on each order and see if there is any updates. I am more then happy to help with this and also work with you on replacing the product if needed.
